And for this we need good education. The educational institutions have to make the learning environment conducive by fulfilling the responsibility of developing the inherent qualities of the students. We will call it the ideal institution, where there are ... experienced and dedicated teachers, all kinds of modern teaching materials, class rooms equipped with modern technology, up-to-date teaching methods, well-discipline, developing academic planning etc. Rupkala is an institution that is endowed with the qualities mentioned for your child. Rupkala always strives to fulfill the responsibility of developing the innate qualities of your child by stimulating his intellectual thinking and creativity. We want to play a role in developing the students of Rupakala as realistic, well-educated, skilled and conscious citizens, and we are committed to fulfilling the aspirations of all students and parents. I sincerely wish all of you sincere cooperation in your great endeavor to make the organization strong and prosperous in every step of the way forward.

Every institution that has achieved greatness and glory has inevitably been the motherboard as well as the projection of a thousand dreams. The Rupkala(Kalabhaban) is one such institution, that has not only been in the center stage of art pedagogy through out it’s 4 year long journey but has produced some of the finest artists and art thinkers. In the midst of an evolving postmodern global equation, this institution has taken on the challenges of addressing dated notions to alter peripheries and thresholds of insulation to open minded inclusiveness. With open arms, this institution propagates criticality, inclusiveness and true freedom of expression.
